In the SDA Clear Word Bible this set of verses is just flat-out strange.
Notice how the SDA Clear Word Bible changes the meaning of verse 9. The Scriptures say "the souls of them that were slain." The SDA Clear Word Bible replaces this clear description of their souls to their bodies! It says, "human bones representing those that died."
Ironically Adventists have no problem distinguishing between physical - mental - spiritual. But as soon as we use the equivalent terms, body - soul - spirit they start trying to change the soul into the body, and the spirit into the breath in our lungs. How confusing!
Adventists have no problem keeping the physical and mental straight, and even recognizing that the spiritual is separate from the first two. Why substitute bones for souls?
And what is with the phrase in verse 11, "This was the fifth part of the history of the giving of the gospel"? Where does that come from?

10 They were crying out for justice, saying, "Almighty God, we know that you're faithful and true, but how much longer do we have to wait before you judge those who spilled our blood because we loved you?"
11 A voice said, "White robes of righteousness and victory have been given to each of you, but you must wait a little longer until the enemy's cup of rebellion is full. A number of your brothers and fellow servents will yet be killed." This was the fifth part of the history of the giving of the gospel.
